Refreshing and hydrating!
This has been a staple in my gym bag and occasionally my shower for a few years. It smells amazing, softens the skin while leaving it hydrated after a good shower. It is expensive for a body wash, however a small amount goes a long way. It is an excellent product for body and hair for the gym! Since I workout 6 days a week having this gem to wash both my hair and body in the shower checks 2 things off my life before leaving the gym feeling fresh. It is not a shampoo replacement per se, but I use regular shampoo every morning in the shower anyhow.
