Unreliable brand

I loved the singles brow zing, the. You got rid of it so I settled for this which still worked. Now it looks like you're discontinuing this too. You guys are so unreliable, the new product looks like a different formula one of which I don't like. Maybe try having good products that customers come back and buy rather than trying to make a cool new quirky product of the same thing but a different version that's not as good. Your customers are annoyed that u Alwyas change and discontinuing everything it's exhausting, it will stop me from buying ur future products. I don't want to buy something, fall in love with it, then find out I can never buy it again. This has happened to me only with ur brand multiple times!

Not as good as previous product

Sadly not as good as Brow-zings single Shade - just don't need a larger item with more colours. Will be looking for an alternative.

Love it

By far my favorite eyebrow pallet. It's easy and really defines the brows. It's my go too!

Versatility

It's a great compact, and I use the lighter shades of the medium-deep palette as matte eyeshadows and the brown pomade as a liner to maximise use. It's really useful on the go!

Fancy brows

It’s a decent brow palette and the brushes that come in it are useful—downside is it kind of takes longer to fill in brows than I prefer. Debating if I really need this right now since the Gimme brow is faster.

Too big/expensive if you only have 2 eyebrows

Why fix something that wasn't broken? this palette is clearly catering to makeup artists because I can't see 1 person needing this large version. the old brow zings was great for personal use. why can't both products exists? 1 for people with only 2 eyebrows and this one fit professionals.

Brow zing

I have been using brow zing for over 11 years. I am truly disappointed with the price increase of the supposedly improved palette. It has too many color powder choices that will not be used and they removed the tweezers. My suggestion would be, make a smaller version or light and dark variation, add full sized tweezers, remove some of the powders, and reduce the price. I still get a great result from this pallet as it does have what I need for my brow, just a lot of waste and not budget friendly. I am looking for another brand now as the cost just doesn't make since for all the extra unused colors.

Super easy to use! It would be perfect if it came with a tweezers. I like the angles of the brushes

Love it!

I had the original version of this years ago and love the Pro Palette! Perfect for part of your MUA kit as it has several shades of wax and powder. Keeps the brows in place and can be applied in different ways depending on what effect you're trying to achieve.

No more benefit

I officially do not use any benefit products anymore. I was using BrowZings. But seeing how there is always discontinuations or "repackaging", I no longer can appreciate Benefit. So sad too. I used to work for Benefit. (Years ago) Anyways... I wish they would just leave well enough alone. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Bring back BrowZings.

Ma fille m'a offert cette palette pour mes 60 ans. Je cherchais depuis longtemps un produit efficace pour redonner sa personnalité à mon visage. En effet, suite à la perte d'un proche il y a quelques années et à un récent traitement de chimio, j'ai perdu pratiquement tous mes sourcils. Avec les divers coloris de gels et d'ombres de cette palette, je me crée des soucils naturels et qui tiennent toute la journée malgré les fortes chaleurs et ma transpiration importante. Je suis complètement conquise !
