I’ve been looking for a foundation to replace Double Wear by Estée Lauder since they ruined their formula, because of how amazing it was it sets a benchmark for every foundation I’ll ever try in the future, lol. Well, this one is just okay. It looks pretty nice. It creases in fine lines quickly. It transfers easily. It oxidises into a darker shade in around 15 mins after application. It feels nice on my skin, it hasn’t given me breakouts. It doesn’t stand up to Double Wear but it’s pretty nice. It does the job. I’d expect it to do a lot more for the price. To be fair though, I literally use 2 teenie tiny pumps for my entire face and it gives good coverage, so over time maybe the cost isn’t too bad.

Great Formula

I recently tried the NARS foundation and I’m honestly really impressed with the quality. The formula feels very lightweight on the skin but still provides great coverage, which gives a natural and smooth finish. It blends easily and doesn’t feel heavy or cakey throughout the day. What I like most is how comfortable it feels even after wearing it for several hours. My skin still looks fresh and radiant, and it photographs beautifully as well. The shade range is also great, making it easier to find a good match. Overall, I’m really happy with this product and would definitely recommend NARS foundation to anyone looking for a high-quality foundation that gives a natural yet polished look.

Excellent when you know how to use it

I HIGHLY recommend watching videos or reading more about the NARS philosophy, as this product needs to be applied with your fingers to get the right slip and finish—it will look bad when applied with a brush because you’ll wind up using too much product! 1 pump is usually enough for me.
