I seem to be gradually replacing all my brushes with Hourglass ones. They are just SO SOFT. Seriously, nothing compares. Feel like they’ll last forever too.

Beautiful and high quality brush

Super solid brush. Really nice to hold! When my budget allows, hopefully I’ll be able to get the rest of the brushes in hourglass’ collection.

I wouldn’t consider this an all over a shadow brush. More of a pat on your eyeshadow brush. It’s not really good at blending and fluffing out your eyeshadows. But it is really good for laying down I would give it a 4 1/2 but since I can’t I gave it a five. Still a really great brush, I just wish I had a different name!

I purchased the #3 & #4. They aren’t as soft as I thought and the eyeshadow just disappeared. My off brand brushes do a better job. In fact my fingers do a better job! And for that cost?? Disappointed! 2 stars for the look and weight.

I used this brush today for the first time. I'm happy with my purchase.

More love for Hourglass #3

I notice a huge difference between this and the allover shadow brush I was using previously (Sephora PRO #12). I am so glad I upgraded, no more scratchy bristles! This brush is super soft, very precise, and has a weighted handle. Is also very easy to clean. I'm slowly replacing all my brushes with Hourglass. They are the very BEST and last forever!

As always with Hourglass brushes, excellent and soft!

Best Brushes

I get SO Many brushes from my IPSY box but none compare to HOURGLASS Brushes. I picked up one. Just one. Now I have 4 and have given my other brushes to my friends. lol

I am a huge believer in makeup brushes. I’ve used Mac, Chanel, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Nars, Kay Von D and various others. I needed an all-over brush that wouldn’t scatter shadow all over my face. Many say they won’t but they do, but not this one! I can’t believe how well it works! Bye bye Chanel sponge applicators too. This brush can cover more of your lid or be used on the tip for corners. I am in love with this brush! Going to invest in other Hourglass brushes too. Buy it! You won’t regret it!

Very nice brush. Use it everyday. It can both apply and blend color well. Love it!

not an all-over brush, but a nice condensed brush

quite condensed actually... so even though it packs a good amount of product, the color will not go on softly, or requires a SUPER light hand. It does have a nice weight to it and it feels very good on the skin. Also, the white tip of the brush is a nice add-on because i get to see the color more. all that to say, i don't regret getting it, though it was not what i needed. I would suggest using it for less pigmented shadows, or find another all-over brush.
