Thick clumps on eyelashes

I have bought this product for years only because I can't find a mascara which is better. I have the same problem with every one I buy. First week brilliant then after a week goes thick and clumpy and doesn't apply the same. Spend a fortune. Why can't Clinique do something about this. Costs a fortune buying this product every couple of weeks .

Wow...my favourite

I love this mascara...I have been searching for a long wearing, non-smudging, easy-to-remove mascara which also applies easily...oh and looks good!....this is it! It does everything I want and the brush so perfectly small to move on the lash line and it is comfortable too. This mascara literally gets full stars on every wish for a mascara for me. I use my cream cleanser to take all my make up off at night and then get a soft make up cloth with warm water and it removes easily along with all my make-up. I wanted a mascara that removes with warm water as I don't want to use an eye make up remover. This is perfect and removes easily with no stinging eyes. And lastly it looks so nice, it leaves my lashes looking perfect all day. Thank-you Clinique

Formula must have changed

I have been using Lash Power mascara for probably the last 15 years. I have extremely sensitive eyes and this was the one and only mascara I could use. Have tried numerous products over the years but my eyes could not tolerate anything else. My last few purchases have been a much drier product, making it difficult to apply, but I still kept using it. Last month I bought a new one and all of a sudden my eyes are constantly burning and blurry, the symptoms I get from all other mascaras I've tried over the years. Thought It was just a fluke, bought a replacement and have the exact same issue. Please tell me you have not changed the ingredients - where wil I get another tubing mascara I can use!

So hard to remove

I had high hopes for this mascara and to be fair it's great on. Doesn't flake etc BUT it's sooooo hard to take off. You're meant to be able to just use water, which I do, but it just takes a lot of effort to remove it. I end up irritating my eyes. I'm annoyed at myself for wasting so much money. The only alternative to using water is the Clinique remover - which costs about the same as the mascara!

Perfect small brush

I don't know how many times I have repurchased this same mascara now - for me it is perfect. My lashes aren't very long so the small brush head on this is ideal, and gets right into the eyeline. Makes my lashes look longer and thicker, and doesn't smudge at all. I have bought much more expensive waterproof mascara's that promised "no smudge" and they've left me looking like a panda after an hour or two - this one never has. I'm a contact lens wearer and no irritation with this either.

My favourite mascara for over 15 years

Love this mascara it's really hard wearing and makes my eye lashes look really long. I have even worn this mascara swimming with no issues. This is a staple in my makeup bag.

Used to be great, but now it is clumpy and flaky

I have used this tubing mascara for a few years now - it was a fantastic find, as I am prone to panda eyes and this mascara doesn't run at all. It seems, however, that the formula may have changed, as my recently purchased one is a clumpy texture that is hard to apply evenly onto lashes and the mascara regularly flakes off onto my skin throughout the day. Loved it previously, so hope this is just a one-off, not a long-term change to the product.

I like Brown mascara is a softer look and this one looks good, stays and suits me well.

J'utilise CE mascara depuis des années et je ne réussis pas à en trouver un aussi bien et mieux noté (3,4 sur Inci). La brosse fine attrape tous les cils même en coin et permet des précisions. Il tient toute la journée sans s'effriter, résiste à l'eau froide et se démaquille à l'eau chaude (pour ma part j'utilise un coton humide d'eau chaude 2 gouttes d'huile de Jojoba). Par contre, il sèche rapidement (environ 2 mois) et je le termine en y ajoutant régulièrement 2 gouttes de produit pour lentilles.

Love it

I brought this without reading reviews. It's fabulous, I have long fine eyelashes but very fair, it works perfect, and it's waterproof. Easy to remove with warm water and cotton pad, good for my sensitive skin, especially around my eyes. It's expensive but lasts a few months for me, as I only put mascara on a few times a week.

Bring back Naturally Glossy Mascara!!

As a lifelong Clinique customer (40+ years), I developed some favourite iconic products. Naturally Glossy Mascara was one of them - then Clinique discontinued it!!!!! This mascara gives the closest 'natural lash' finish to the Naturally Glossy Mascara, and thankfully is also available in black and brown, but being a tubing mascara it's removed with warm water, not eye makeup remover, which I find really fiddly. I don't like that it 'crumbles' and I'd prefer to remove all my eye make-up in one step using Clinique's Eye Make-up Remover Solvent (the best ever!) than have to use warm water for my mascara and then a remover for the rest of my eye makeup. Many of my friends also bemoan the loss of Naturally Glossy Mascara and I know that many of the beauty consultants from other brands at my local Boots also favoured it over their own products. So come on, Clinique - Bring back Naturally Glossy Mascara!!

TRULY LASTING

Have used this for many years and it definitely doesn't smudge or leak, even when working out, dancing or having fun in the sun BUT it wipes off easily with good wipes AND I have deep set eyes so it's really put to the test, For me it's magnifico ??
