Best setting powder for normal-to-dry skin!!!

I used to have VERY oily skin - could use full coverage foundation AND a powder foundation - not a setting powder, but an actual powder foundation! After I hit 40, my skin became combination normal-to-dry. I prefer no actual coverage with my powder (just with my foundation or skin tint). I have the beginning of fine lines, especially around my eyes. I apply this with a fluffy powder brush, and am obsessed! Gives an airbrushed look, but not super matte, not really glowy either. Just like a filter. I am a former makeup artist and esthetician, and this this is the absolute best setting powder for normal-to-dry skin. Skip if you're oily.

Not for me

I have extremely dry,flakey and sensitive skin so i thought i would love this powder and that it would work for me great since the foundation worked amazing on me. Unfortunately this is the worst powder i have ever used! It was cakey and super oily but oily to the part where my skin looked a MESS! It also creased so so so bad. I used it with the same foundations and tints i usually use and tried it a few times because for the price I wanted to make it work but it was just bad.

Dry skin get this one

This powder is so expensive for the amount of product you get and I hate how much I love it. This powder sets my extremely dry under eyes and the rest of my combo dry face better than any other powder I’ve ever tried. There’s never any dryness or caking whatsoever, which I almost always experience to some degree. It’s unfortunately very worth it

It’s okay, cakey

It’s okay. I like the design of the product but the powder itself is quite cakey. Didn’t love it.

Loving it

Love it for more natural looks, it lights up more than I thought.

Small amount of loose powder per package

I bought this because it was talc free and I also have Haus Labs foundation, blushes and highlighters. Super disappointed with the small amount of product you get with the container. The lid is twice as big as the jar base!

Where is the powder?

I bought this powder after One Size completely failed me! I have the foundation and concealer as well and omg such a beautiful combo! I was worried about the translucent making my face white but no, completely clear!

It’s a no for me

Sadly this did not work for me. First, it’s so hard to dispense the product. Second, it settled into lines and accentuated my pores/texture, and lastly made my make up separate - it did not help the longevity of my make up at all

Amazing powder, not so functional packaging

This is honestly such a great powder, doesn’t make me too matte but not super dewy looking. Makes my make up last longer than other products used in the past. It’s also not cakey or powdery looking. Sits well on top of foundation or just concealer. My only reason for knocking a star is the packaging. As you get further down to finishing the mesh makes it really hard to get all the product done. It’s impossible to get everything out.

Pretty good for a talc-free powder.

I pick my poisons in life and one of the poisons i pick is talc powders. I find that they actually set my face and has that really good blurring effect. This is such a good FINISHING powder, but when i use it as a setting powder it settles into all of my creases and it is not pretty. really good product though

My everyday powder

This is definitely an everyday powder. No creasing and not to drying for my dry skin girlies. I use this for my makeup when I go to work. I don’t think this would be good for a full beat. It’s more for simpler looks.

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE

I’m obsesseddd with this setting powder. It is translucent, not like other powders that have a ‘tint’ to them. Applies amazing. Stays all day. Skin friendly. I’ve seen complaints about the packaging but I think it’s great because it doesn’t spill out of the package and you can control the amount you need to use
