I’d been hearing about Color Wow’s Dream Coat for years, but only after trying it myself did I understand the hype. My hair tends to get frizzy the second there’s even a little humidity in the air—especially after blow-drying. The first time I used this, I followed the directions carefully: sprayed it on damp hair in sections, made sure every strand was coated, then blow-dried with a brush to add tension and heat. The difference was immediate. My hair felt lighter but somehow smoother, almost as if it had a protective layer around each strand. The finish was incredibly glossy—like that “glass hair” look you usually only get after a salon treatment. What surprised me most was how long the effect lasted. Even after two or three washes, I could still feel that smoothness and see the extra shine. It doesn’t feel greasy or heavy at all, which is a huge plus for fine or medium hair. I’ve used a lot of anti-frizz sprays before, but most either weigh my hair down or lose effect as soon as I step outside. Dream Coat actually seems to repel humidity instead of just covering it up. The scent is very subtle, and I like that it’s free from harsh ingredients and still vegan and cruelty-free. I’ve noticed my hair color looks fresher and more reflective after using it too—probably thanks to the chamomile extract. Overall, this feels like a treatment and a styling product in one. If you want sleek, silky hair that holds up for days without looking flat or greasy, this lives up to its name. It really is like a raincoat for your hair.

As a low porosity hair girly I’ve struggled so much to achieve any sort of blow out or straightening without a ton of frizz. This wow dream coat has finally made it happen for me! It makes my hair look and feel so smooth and shiny without being greasy. Truly magic, I’m obsessed heat and tension is really key when using this product trust!

This product has changed my way of styling my hair. During weather changes my hair becomes frizzy. This causes lots of stress and hard to brush my hair. After using this product when drying my hair this spray helps my hair to relax and the frizz goes away instantly. It is magic for my hair!

Love the smoothness!

My hair are naturally frizzy which can be super annoying to manage. The dream coat by color wow works so well by helping me manage the frizz and also gives it a glossy look which i love! I use it twice a week on my hair wash days (after hair wash) on damp hair when drying or sometimes blow drying - love the end results always!

This product is absolutely fabulous! They have so many lovely hair care products and this is one of them. I’ve loved their hair masks and so excited about this one. Great for color treated hair. Definitely worth it!
