No more football helmet hair!

This shampoo is INCREDIBLE! I have thick, curly hair and this shampoo makes my hair so incredibly soft and also makes it so much more flat while taming my frizz a great deal. I never use high end shampoo or conditioner but this is one I do love.

Best Kerastase Shampoo

This was so nice to use! It makes my hair so soft and feel luxurious. I had a friend use it on her coarse hair and she went to buy a bottle immediately. Favorite out of the series

Not worth the money, strongly fragranced

There’s nothing special about this shampoo & conditioner except maybe cute packaging. The smell is so strong, it’s like a lavender-y mature smell. It is not luxury quality for luxury pricing. Does nothing for my hair that a drugstore shampoo couldn’t do.

A Hair Saver!

I purchased my first bottle of this shampoo at my salon. The difference in my hair fall and breakage amazes me. I shampoo with it twice and only wash my hair twice a week. matching conditioner

I just got it today and i used it with high expectations. As i was massaging my hair i noticed that it some of it was falling out. I thought i was just being paranoid but after i dried my hair, a lot of hair started to fall out.

May work for dry scalp

I got a sample and I’m really glad because it caused me dandruff when used with the conditioner. Didn’t try using without conditioner so its hard to know which one caused my dandruff. My hair felt oilier, so it might work well for someone with dry scalp

Didn’t do much for me

I had really high expectations from this shampoo but it didn’t really do much for my hair. I used the conditioner and shampoo continuously as long as the bottle lasted. Definitely want to try again but maybe not for a bit not Definitely

Was skeptical about buying it as it was my first time trying this line but I absolutely loved how it made my blonde weak hair feel, also loved the smell . Definitely worth the price tag will buy again

Hands down to the best quality shampoo out there. Love the smell, the quality of the product and how much it makes my hair look like a I actually take good care of it!

Doesn’t perform what Kerastase can really do.

I like the way my hair felt, but my scalp was super irritated. My hairdresser pointed out my irritation to me and upon switching shampoos it went away. Might work well for others, but not for me. Also contains sulfates.

This shampoo changed my life (literally)

I cannot express how much this shampoo changed my hair. In 2020-2021, I hit a terrible mental break and stopped maintaining my hair besides the rare trim. I used selsum blu shampoo religiously. Finally one winter day I went out after showering and my wet hair froze. i jokingly went to snap it and my hair was so damaged, thin, and broken that i actually broke my frozen hair off in my hands. my hair was stringy and oily, dull, frizzy, genuinely terrible. it could stand up on its own like a broomstick. i knew i had to change because self care makes me feel more confident and i hoped that fixing my hair would help me break out of the mental slump i was in. I bought this shampoo that winter/spring (2022). I used it for the next year, a little goes a long way and i only washed once every three days. slowly i saw my hair change from terrible to okay to better to AMAZING. Less fall out, barely any breakage, shiny and bright, not frizzy… it even helped me transition from washing every night to every three nights because it controlled my oil so well. about 6 months ago i switched to a cheaper shampoo because i just figured that the reason my hair became so much healthier was because i stopped using Selsum Blue, not because I started using Genesis. Was i wrong. I tried another decent quality brand (nexxus) and my hair started looking terrible. I switched to another expensive brand (biolage) and it still didn’t look good; it became dull and the breakage started again like it did in the past and my hair fall when brushing got much worse. yesterday i bit the expensive bullet and repurchased this shampoo in hopes it would return my hair to how it was before i switched. after ONE WASH my hair is back to how it was when using Genesis for a year. When i was using this consistently, people would literally stop me and compliment my hair. I am so happy that I repurchased this yesterday. The difference really is that noticeable. If you’re experiencing anything like I was, just buy it.
