ABSOLUTELY BLOWN away at how excellent this leave-in performs! My hair has never known love like this before. It literally feels like this was made with love for my 4a high porosity hair. I divided my hair into four sections, sprayed the hydro rush, and detangled with the kazmaleje paddle comb (a must have for my girls wit da curls). First of all, wow it made it so easy to detangle my hair and twist it! I've never finished my hair on a wash day that quickly! Like the way my hair drank up this leave-in was crazy! I felt like how Jesus says "come I'm the living water and you'll never thirst again" John 4:14 I'm like wow! I prayed over the bottle before I used it. I also prayed the day before I discovered this amika hydro rush leave-in that God would give me a conditioner for my extremely dehydrated curls and God heard my prayer! I cannot express to you all how dry my hair is and how hard it is to retain moisture. The hydro rush came and stayed! I also used the hydration hair mask as my conditioner after shampooing! I do not recommend the shampoo. It made my hair very dry and almost brittle/stiff. I had to re-shampoo my hair with oyin hydrating shampoo in order to get my hair in a better place. I have used the dream routine before and was very impressed. Using the dream routine is what led me to finding this unbelievable leave-in conditioner. I will use the dream routine tonight! *Important note* DO NOT use the dream routine after the leave-in UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO BED IMMEDIATELY.

I love this brand so much! I use it every day after showering. My hair feels so soft and it smells sooo good. Definitely a must have in your routine!

Where has this been all my life?!

I've had a lotion-based leave-in conditioner in my routine for years so I thought I didn't need this. I was wrong. I have thick, coarse 3c curls with color and bleach damage which lately have been extremely dry and crunchy because I accidentally overproteinated them with some new products and it took me a while to realize that was the problem. So I've been on a quest to find conditioners and moisturizers without protein, which is harder than it should be these days. (Everything is "bond building" and "repairing" and we don't all need that all the time.) I just need as much moisture as I can possibly get. I'm also trying out Amika Soul Food deep conditioner for this purpose and so far I like it. All that to say, detangling and styling my hair lately has been a STRUGGLE lately, taking a lot of time and with a lot of breakage. I bought this the other day, sprayed my wet hair with it as a first styling step that night after washing and conditioning, and BAM--easy detangling, curls that were noticeably more moisturized 2-3 days on, but still with the volume I want. (To be clear I also used other styling products including Amika Curl Corps styling cream, a hard hold gel, and a mousse on top.) But this product is great. I'm glad I bought the full size. If you have curly hair with any sort of dryness or frizz, do yourself a favor and pick this up. I'm also testing it out to refresh my curls throughout the week as they tend to get drier as the week goes on, and so far I like it for this purpose too. It remoisturizes curls, helps redefine them a bit, and smells lovely. This does have a relatively strong fresh floral scent that lingers but I find it very pleasant. I'd buy it as a perfume. All in all 12/10 for me.

Absolutely amazing!!

I am so impressed and happy with this leave-in conditioner! My 5 year old daughter’s hair is long, wavy, and prone to knots and mats.. this is one of the only products that I have tried that allows me to comb through with ease. Her hair is also so shiny, smooth, and beautiful when dry after use. I have used it on myself as well and it does not leave a residue and helps reduce frizz. Not to mention it has an amazing smell! 10/10 product, that I will be repurchasing!

Over all a pretty good product it doesn’t leave my hair greasy and does hydrate it a little but it could be better.

My new summer must have for my hair

I spray this product on my clean dry hair to tame frizz and flyaways and I was actually blown away that it worked on a hot summer day in special education summer school because the school is so hot and outside time is so hot

je l’ai découvert en format voyage qui m’a été offert et depuis je le rachète à chaque fois. J’ai les cheveux frisés et il hydrate parfaitement sans en mettre la dose, ça dure longtemps et les cheveux sont léger.

Does nothing

I love Amika products but this leave in was not it. I have fine, thin 1a/2a hair and this did NOTHING for me. It does not detangle my hair whatsoever. It’s not worth it imo. There are better options out there.

New step to your hair care routine

After I used this when my hair was dry I got immediate results my hair looked moisturized and healthy. Definitely would recommend

LOVE this product! It hydrated my 3c/4a (fine/medium/coarse) hair quite well and it smells DIVINE!! It’s VERY fragrant so if you like subtle to no scent for your hair care, then this is not for you. It is slightly hard to handle the bottle while spraying if hands are wet. I may spray in hands moving forwards.

It’s not that it’s bad it’s just that it did nothing. It made no difference at all and did literally nothing. For how much it costs I expect it to hydrate my hair a bit.
