What happened to the formula

I don't have sensitive skin whatsoever. I also have normal clear skin, genetics. I've been using this lotion and other Kiehls products for over a decade. I just ran out of this and repurchase... bumpy, itchy skin everywhere. And after reading comments, I'm not alone,

Great light weight moisturizer/normal skin

Good for someone who doesn’t need much moisture, the cream works much better for me as I always have normal/dry skin.

I was worried it wasn’t going to be quality since it was in a bottle instead of a jar but I love this!! A little goes a long way and it’s very moisturizing.

Ingredients Have Changed :(

I really loved this product and have been using for a long time now; it always left my skin feeling very moisturized. I loved that it had so many oils in it but never felt too greasy, however the ingredients have changed (as of today you can see that the ingredients listed on the bottle in the product pictured are different from those listed on the website under the description tab) and now something that is used in it irritates my skin and gives me a rash, I don't even have sensitive skin so I'm not sure what they've put in this to make my skin react but it causes burning and redness. I'm super disappointed because I loved this product and now I'll have to find a new facial moisturizer :(

My #1 Moisturizer

I love this product. It’s moisturizing but not too thick. It doesn’t roll under makeup. It gives me a glowy complexion and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I will use this forever.

I wish this line was cruelty free

Boooooo! Company is not cruelty free. Received a sample, loved it but researched the company... nope! Moving on and looking and looking for a moisture that is not developed by torturing animals.

Heavier than the cream

I thought this would be lighter for the daytime than the ultra facial cream but it’s actually HEAVIER. I use this in the winter and mostly at home or at night time. The cream is my daytime

I dont like it .Its caused a bit of redness and excema .Its sticky feeling.Just underwhelming.

I love this moisturizer it not too greasy just right

Lord help me if Kielh’s was ever to discontinue this product. I’ve been using this as my day moisturizer since I was 16. I’m almost 40. I’ve never found a better option, despite many attempts.
