Heavy on my hair

Love the scent ane that you don't need much for a good lather. It will last you long! Sadly, it's too heavy for my hair.. It feels like the product is on my hair, and it gets greasy very fast! I took time to review it and trial it with different conditioners and different styling options. But sadly, this is a NO from me. It makes your hair heavy, and you definitely feel the product in your hair.

A new Favorite

My hair is the softest its ever been. I do use a clarifying shampoo once a week. And i wash my hair every day. I have Medium and sensitive hair.

After all the bad reviews I assumed I would hate it.. but I actually love it! I love the way it smells .. I have thin wavy hair that I style daily and I had very minimal frizz, and was shiny!

This shampoo is helping heal my curly hair so much! my hair is much curlier and more defy then i thought it could get right now! So happy with this product!

Amika got it all wrong.

I purchased this shampoo to treat my semi damaged colored hair and after the first use my hair began to fall out. I decided to try it one more time and experienced the same reaction. The hair loss was significant, nothing I ever experienced before. My hair texture is unrecognizable and after a day or two post use feels greasy and lumpy. This product doesn't do what it's promised. "Kure Strength Repair" , I will have to cure my hair after using this product.

Must buy! Great product for natural hair.

Such a great shampoo for Afro-ethnic hair. I am a 3c/4a curly gal and this stuff works wonders on my hair. Smooths my strands instantly when I go to wash them and makes them very moisturized after without over drying.

This shampoo was very effective on my malnourished hair. It made my hair softer and my hair felt stronger after use. It smells lush, quickly lathered and was easy to use. I’ll buy the conditioner to enjoy the total benefits.

Made my hair feel nice but I STRUGGLED to get the shampoo/conditioner to wash out of my hair! Even when using minimal product.

Very hydrating shampoo

My hair feels amazing after using this shampoo, it’s so moisturising that I could probably have skipped using conditioner afterwards. It has a lovely fresh scent to keep my hair smelling clean. The bottle is great, nice and slim to hold with a flip top which I find so much easier to use in the shower than a screw cap.

Expensive without the luxury feel

The packaging looked great, this product is expensive but does not have that luxury feel or smell to it. Doesn’t make a really good lather like most shampoos but after my hair was left feeling smooth and silky.

Lovely shampoo !

I’ve been using the Amika bond repair shampoo for over a month and I’m impressed with my results so far. The scent is subtle and pleasant which I found to be a nice change from other shampoos. The texture is divine from my first use upon application my hair felt instantly soft whilst washing and it lathers up nicely. The packaging is appealing with clear instructions on how to use and what to expect. It’s packed with lots of vitamins and nutrients I love that the shampoo is free from sulphates and parabens a must with my blonde highlighted hair. I have seen some improvement in the texture and a smoother appearance and I would recommend this shampoo.
