love the product hate the applicator

Amazing product just the applicator breaks everytime! I sucked it up and kept using it but after it happening to two in a row i can't justify the price when it's hard to even use up

Perfect EXCEPT for the packaging

I hope this review reaches the audience it needs to so that improvements can be made—I love the formula! I love the way it feels on my skin, the level of coverage and blend ability, the staying power, no creasing, one of the best shade matches for me. BUT I’ve had and been using the same tube nearly every day for 5 or 6 months and the end of the applicator just popped off inside the tube, so now it’s harder to get product out and apply. If Haus Labs changes the packaging I will 10/10 purchase again, but I’m afraid to buy another one just for it to break and be that much harder to use.

This concealer is easy to blend. They have plenty of colors to choose from. The coverage is great

Not Worth It

Applicator is awful - breaks every time and replacement can’t be sent 30 days after purchase. Formula is meh. There’s better options out there.

Great heavy duty concealer. Covers great. Blend quickly before it sets. Applicator is decent.

I love this concealer! I got it on a whim, not expecting too much, but now use it everyday. It blends well (but sometimes needs a little more blending) and stays on really well. I recommend! (Also, make sure that it’s applied right, I tried it once before and wasn’t satisfied with it only because it wasn’t put on correctly.)

Faulty applicator, good concealer

I like the concealer, it’s not cakey or drying but also gives me good medium coverage, this color is my exact match! BUT - and the BUT is big … the applicator/dough foot breaks off within a week to a month of using it. I have gotten three replacements and it happens every single time. Super disappointing and then I can’t access the product. And the hole is too small to stick a different applicator or beauty mini spatula in…til this is fixed I can not repurchase.

I love this concealer, I’ve purchased it numerous times. However, the wand is BEYOND cheap. I just purchased another tube on 2-Jan and this morning, the sponge part on the wand broke off. Typically it happens towards the end of the bottle, but this one is basically brand new. This is a major design flaw that needs to be addressed.

DON’T BUY! APPLICATOR BREAKS!!

I’ve been using this concealer for a couple of months now and the quality of the product itself is fine. A little goes a long way. With the being said, the doe foot part of the applicator broke right off and is stuck inside the tube. I was trying to be extra careful since the other reviews mentioned having this problem, but I thought if I was gentle, the tip wouldn’t fall off. I was mistaken. I have almost 60% product still left with no way to get it out nicely. Unfortunately, since this happened outside the Sephora’s return/refund policy I wasn’t able to get a replacement. Save your money and get a different concealer. Hope the Haus Labs listens to their clientele and works on new packaging and applicators.
