Product seemed great but gave me dermatitis :/

I really liked the texture and wear of this concealer and was pretty happy with the purchase. After getting red contact dermatitis dots on the places I applied it, it turns out I am most likely allergic to the arnica in this. Beware if you are allergic to ragweed that this could be a trigger for you! Bummed bc it seems like a good product.

Bon produit comme beaucoup l’applicateur s’est cassé au bout de 4 utilisations. Aucune solution du service client a part se deplacer dans la boutique d’achat ce qui n’est pas toujours possible. Pour ce prix je ne recommande pas malheureusement

Great Product, Flimsy Applicator

Love the formula, hate the applicator. The tip keeps breaking off after a short time, leaving product stuck in the tube and wasted. It’s happened 3 times.

I really love the product itself. The applicator (at least mine) was not made well. It broke off inside the tube. I was denied a return since it was past 30 days, but have only used the product a handful of times.

Great product, bad packaging.

Love the formula. It is so moisturizing and luxurious and doesn’t feel heavy or cakey. But my applicator broke and the swab end is stuck in the tube.

Don’t waste hard earned money

I liked the concealer itself but for the price, the applicator should NOT come off. Haus Labs needs to fix this ASAP because many ppl have had this issue.

I will continue to repurchase this concealer! THE BEST CONCEALER I HAVE EVER TRIED! I always rave about this concealer to everyone. It really is the best, I have never had a problem with it at all. It has worked so well with any powder or any products I put on. I lost it and immediately purchased it without even thinking because i NEED it.

Please change the applicator!

The actual concealer formula is great, but has the worst applicator I’ve ever used for concealer. I’m going to have to stop buying as I’ve bought two of these and both applicators broke. Listen to your customers and change the applicator
