Allergic reaction

I normally use the mad hippie vitamin c but bought this one as part of a bundle. Unfortunately my skin had a terrible allergic reaction to it similar to the other reviews and I had to throw it away. It started as redness and then had pustular bumps and is now extremely dry while it’s healing. I feel like it’s worth mentioning that I have never had a reaction like this and my skin is not normally sensitive to products.

Emergency room visit due to this product

I ended up in the emergency room due to this product. I initially wasn’t aware it was this. But my eyes swelled up and I had bumps all over face and neck with intense burning. I was told not to apply any skincare for a few days and given steroids to counter the reaction. After my face cleared up I used it again, not knowing it was the cause and the same thing happened. I discontinued using and again my face cleared up. Then I tried to use just a tiny drop mixed in with my moisturizer, and yet again had a reaction around my eyes nose and mouth, not as severe as the other times. My skin is never sensitive to serums/chemical exfoliants so I know that’s not the issue. I’ve also used vitamin c serums religiously for the past few years. It’s definitely this product

Allergic reaction

Please be careful when using this product as it can cause a red face, white acne, and puffy eyes. I initially thought my pollen allergy was severe and causing this reaction. However, it turned out to be a bad reaction to the product. It will take a few days to calm down. On the first day, my left eye became puffy and my face turned red. On the second day, both of my eyes were puffy, and I developed white acne. I also used eczema lotion. If these symptoms occur, it is better to cool down the affected area and go to the hospital if necessary. I received oral steroids because my reaction was quite severe, and I felt better in two days. I hope this helps someone experiencing a similar allergic reaction.

Excellent produit

Irritated my eyes

This serum irritated my eyes and the skin surrounding it. They are swollen, red, itchy, and burnt. I won’t even be able to go to work because of it. It looks like I got punch in both eyes.

This burnt my under eyes in seconds

I just purchased this product and applied it to clean dry skin. The directions say to apply to fave and neck. It literally started stinging immediately. Only under my eyes. I washed it off instantly but could feel that my under eyes were raw. They were so pink compared to everywhere else. The next morning they were both swollen. Even my eyelids that must have gotten some on them during the washing process. This happened 2 days ago and my under eyes are now very dry and I look 100x older because of the dryness and they feel sunburnt. Please be careful using this product. I have never had a reaction to skincare so my skin is not sensitive to anything but this stuff. The photo on the left is me 2 days after using this product. The photo on the right is what I normally look like. This pic was taken a day before using the product.

Best Vitamin C Serum!

This Serum is the first product I have ever purchased from First Aid. I've been using Vitamin C serum for months now, but nothing matches this one! It's a beautiful serum that goes into the skin quickly, evenly, and smoothly with no fragrance. Within the first five days, I could SEE a significant reduction in the appearance of hyperpigmentation, acne scars, and general discoloration. My skin is looking youthful again! The packaging is great too because it will keep the product fresh without oxidizing. Love it!

I bought this about a month ago and I love it!! I have very sensitive skin and other Vitamin C products I tried made my skin red and inflamed. This is so gentle, but works great without the burning and sensitivity. I can see a difference in my skin tone and texture. I love it so much that I just purchased another so I wouldn’t be without. I use all FAB product, and love everything so far!! Thank you for making such great products!!

Burns my face

This leaves a horrible red, itchy rash all over my face. I paid a ton of money for this too. Just awful stuff for me

Skin looked better & brighter

Received this in a subscription box and have been using it for a few months now. I can definitely tell a difference in the appearance of my skin plus it helps my skin produce less oil in the morning. However, I do have to use it every other day because it can dry out my skin over time if used daily and it doesn't always layer well with other serums and make my skin feel sticky. Otherwise a little goes a long way & it feels better than other vitamin c serums.

My 27 year daughter's face swelled up

July 2023 - My daughter comes home to visit. Purchased this serum and on the 2nd morning after using this serum, her faced swelled up, eyes almost complete closed. She is very healthy and has never had an allergic reaction to anything, this is the first. Her face completely peeled and burned for almost 7 days. What is in this item, ingredients?

This serum is a little liquidy, and requires just a small amount to use! Non-scented and so glowy!!
