Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum

Love this!!

I love this product. It’s one of my favorite vitamin C serum so far. I have freckles on my face and I feel like this has made my skin brighter. I also love the smell and the way it feels on my skin. It’s not too sticky.

This serum helped a ton with my dark spots/sun damage. Brightened and evened skin tone. I used the whole bottle and would recommend! I used every morning after cleansing and followed it with a light spf moisturizer. Didn’t experience any pulling (I would attribute this to letting products set in between steps if possible and dermaplaning). Also, it smells amazing!

DO NOT BUY!

This product is absolutely awful. I ignored the negative reviews because I do not have sensitive skin. After one use of this product my face is very swollen, chapped, scaly, red, itchy, and broken out.

This WRECKED my skin, I used it for 3 days and on day 4 I noticed bumps all over my lower cheeks and chin. The next day they got even worse, and then white heads popped up and my skin started flaking. It took almost 2 weeks for my skin to recover.

Pills and flakes off

Seems to work fine as a vitamin C serum but the moment you touch your face it literally pills so bad. It looks like my skin is flaking off and then when it gets on my clothes, it looks like I’m shedding dandruff. Attached photos after touching my face and I promise that no other vitamin C serum I’ve tried has done this (and it’s not my face peeling off)

Effective & non-sticky application for vitamin C!

First tested this product as part of an Ole Henricksen gift set and have bought the full size twice now. I usually apply this in the mornings before sunscreen (probably with a few mins in between) and don’t find that it pills. Effective at fading my post-acne marks. Elegant formulation and sets nicely — consistency is gel-y and not sticky IMO compared to others that I’ve tried.

It’s ok, finished the whole bottle but don’t recommend if you wear makeup. Fine by itself but pills when adding foundation on top

Worst Vit C serum tried ever esp for the price

I have tried Paulas chpice and drunk elephant for more than 5 years now , and I felt i must only stick to that. Not sure what the formulation is but I just applied twice and my face was filled with rashes , cheeks got super dry , skin got tight and itchy. Even when I am not a new Vit C serum user , this one did not suit and all and I wish I could return !! Once the skin was normal, I tried to apply for a day again but it got bad and I am quite missed off and frustrated with the product. I always moisturize it with aestura whoch is high in ceramics but some formulation is there which is just not worth it. Waste of money completely!!

Ce sérum est très agréable à l’application et je n’ai pas de sensation de tiraillements après l’avoir mis. Ma peau a gagné en uniformité. Je le rachèterai sans hésiter.

Zero stars!!! This ruined my birthday!!!! Hydrocortisone and Benadryl won’t even touch my allergic reaction!!!!!
