Lala Retro™ Whipped Cream - Hidratante Pele Seca

I am a HUGE Drunk Elephant fan, and I have been using LaLa Retro for several years now. I am obsessed with the fluffy texture, and how it absorbs into my skin. It has been a staple in my Drunk Elephant skincare routine that keeps my skin looking youthful and refreshed.

Love the whipped texture

The texture of this moisturizer is really nice. it’s thick and whipped but still feels lightweight when applied. It spreads easily and absorbs well without feeling greasy. After using it, my skin feels soft, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the day. I’ve been using it as the last step in my routine to lock in moisture, and it layers well with the rest of my skincare.

I’ve been really impressed with this moisturizer. It feels lightweight but still deeply hydrating, and it leaves my skin looking smooth and healthy without feeling greasy. It layers well under makeup and keeps my skin comfortable throughout the day.

The texture and the packaging makes this really nice and worth the price. And it is refillable which is also a nice a feature. Even as someone with combo skin, it doesn’t feel heavy. I like to add some bronzer and sunscreen to it in the summer.

My dry skin loves it!

This whipped moisturizer, has been working great for my dry skin. My skin feels nourished, soft, and smooth. I’ve been applying the moisturizer day, and night. The packaging is great, I love it. It’s refillable, and to me less wasteful of the product. I can dispense a bit at a time.

PERFECT TEXTURE!

I am obsessed with the texture of this moisturizer. I really love the packaging as well since it is easy to clean. I like that it absorbs quickly into my skin and does not leave my skin greasy or oily.

Super creamy formula!

Love this product! The applicator is super easy to use, and you feel like you can control the amount of product that comes out. Additionally the formula is super creamy and makes the skin feel so moisturized and calm. For someone with dry/sensitive skin, this is a great product.

Be cautious if you're breakout prone

I love the texture of this moisturizer. It's thick and feels very hydrating. However, the fourth ingredient (Isopropyl Isostearate) is highly comedogenic, meaning it might clog your pores. If you are someone with breakout prone skin, I would not use this daily. I am very acne-prone and haven't had any issues yet, but I haven't been using it very long and do not plan to use this daily. If your skin is more hardy, you will probably love this moisturizer! I also really like the packaging.

Nourishing moisturizer that supports the skin barr

I’ve been using the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro™ Nourishing Whipped Refillable Moisturizer and my dry skin has been loving it. The texture is airy and whipped but still really nourishing, so it hydrates without feeling heavy on the skin. It contains a blend of ceramides and African oils that help support the skin barrier, and I’ve noticed my skin feels softer and more balanced after using it consistently. It layers really well over serums and doesn’t pill under makeup, which I always appreciate. If you have dry or dehydrated skin and want something that helps lock in moisture while still feeling lightweight, this is a great everyday moisturizer.

Love this cream

This cream is so moisturizing and nourishing to my skin. I like to apply it every morning because it makes my skin look and feel nice and dewy. It’s light weight and its absorbs quickly into the skin and works well with my other skincare products!

This moisturizer has literally changed my winter skincare game! It is lightweight but nourishing enough that I can use it on its own or use the marula oil on top. It sits so well underneath makeup and a little goes a long way! Perfect for my redness prone skin
