I did not expect so much from this product, but man was I wrong!! This product will definitely be one of my go-to’s from now on. I have VERY frizzy hair due to breakage, and I am currently on day 3 of no wash and my hair is still soft, looks healthy and minimal frizz. I wake up and I dont even have to brush my hair because my hair honestly looks so good. I also just cant get over on how soft it is. So, is Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother worth the hype? Honestly… yes. For me, it lived up to most of the claims. The first thing I noticed was that my frizz was way more under control. I live in a humid area, and usually the second I step outside, my hair does that annoying halo of fuzz. But with the Bond Smoother, my hair stayed sleeker and smoother for way longer!!!! So not only does it tame my frizz but it smooths my hair without making it greasy, and actually helps with damage and dryness over time. It’s not some overnight miracle worker, but it’s definitely one of those “I notice when I don’t use it” products!!! If your hair is dry, damaged, color-treated, or just needs a little extra love this is a great product to add to your routine!!!! Love the results

I heat style my hair every day (blow dryer and flat iron), so I needed something to protect it and smooth out the frizz. It’s great to have just one product that can cover all these needs. My hair feels soft and looks shiny right after blow drying, and I didn’t notice any greasiness or heaviness. It also helps reduce drying time a bit. Sometimes I mix it with a little bonding oil for extra shine and frizz control. I like the result of healthy looking hair. The only thing I’m not completely sold on is the scent—it’s a little too strong for me and lingers longer than I’d prefer. Not a dealbreaker (I’m not particularly sensitive to fragrance), but worth mentioning. Even though it’s a bit pricey for me, the bottle should last a while. I have naturally wavy and thick 2a-2b hair (sometimes even 2c when I do more than just this, but I wanted to show what JUST this product does alone). This product is honestly going to be my new holy grail because it does an amazing job at adding shine and enhancing my waves while eliminating the frizz significantly. Looking back at the pictures of before and after, I see a huge difference in definition and the difference in hydration. I love how it made my dry ends hydrated almost immediately especially because my hair got way softer overall. The texture is lightweight and creamy, and it doesn't add any grease or residue build up if used properly. You don't need a lot for it to work! The scent is amazing, it smells like I just got out of the shower and has a really fresh smell to it. The container is also cute design-wise, and the dispensing mechanism is super simple to use. You just need to press the end of the top and it goes right into the palm of your hand. I recommend rubbing the product between your palms before putting it into your hair because you don't want the product to go into just one spot, so it helps with getting it evenly distributed. Make sure your hair is damp before applying to get the best results! My only downsides are whenever I put the product in after my shower and sleep (with a bonnet), then my hair still gets frizzy overnight. That may just be a problem that was my fault. Other than that, I recommend this product 100%! It's such a need for wavy and curly haired people.

The cream helps to reduce frizz and make the hair look shiny and healthy, all without weighing it down. This cream works really well to smooth my hair when blow drying and also when air drying. Heat protection is essential to protect the hair from damage when styling so I love that this product doubles as a heat protectant. You don’t need a lot of the product for great results and the bottle is pretty large, so it lasts a very long time. I like the pump mechanism for ease of use. Great For Frizz

I have natural 4C hair that can get extremely frizzy and dry. This Bond Smoother definitely helped with the frizz and my coils were hydrated and juicy! Overall, very good product.

Love this styling cream!

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product, since I’ve never used olaplex before, but it has a lot of great reviews for crispy hair so I was excited to try it. After trying it for a few days ( I don’t shampoo my hair daily so I did not use it every day) I was a bit impressed. It did manage to give me similar results to what my hair usually looks like except with less products. I usually use a leave in conditioner, curl cream and a serum/oil, if I have something going on sometimes I’ll add a bit of gel towards my ends. I was able to only use the No. 6 bond smoother and my hair oil and my hair looked great! It stayed shiny and did not get frizzy, my hair also looked moisturized and a bit more defined. I really liked this product and I would definitely recommend it. I think it’s worth it and it also having heat protection is even better. Love it!! The product is genuinely one of the best hair products i’ve tried and i have to admit i’ve tried quite a few.. This one tames frizz perfectly and defines my waves beautifully!! So worth it!! I like to review from the outside in, so lets start with packaging! I like the airless pump and the feel of the bottle in hand, its plastic but its the nicer plastic, dont feel like it’d break with a drop. I also like the actual pump part where you press down, overall super nice!! Not that cheap feel at all!! Texture! It’s a thicker texture yet it’s super lightweight on the hair, super moisturizing for any hair type i feel and makes the hair soft and defined! Sooo.. Does it work?? Yessssss!!!!!!!! Love Love Love it! Super nice formula, and definitely a new staple in my wavy-curly hair routine! I do have thicker hair so I do use quite a bit more than recommended on instructions, but its so great! I can’t even …. I don’t know what it is but my fine curly strands LOVE Olaplex! I try a lot of products and some are pretty great but few make it to my top 3! Olaplex products keeps bumping that #1 spot! This Number 6 Bond Smoother Frizz Control Frizz Control Hair Styling Cream is another great that I didn’t know I needed to always have! Number 6 is a leave in – which quite frankly as someone often on the go, I LOVE! It is designed to be reparative using bonding building technology such as Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate to repair and protect the strands. It is designed for all hair types but man, I am sure I am biased on this but I feel that damaged curls really show immediate and drastic results! The curl clumping, mirror like shine and smoothing I get when I use this styling cream, how my hair no longer looks stringy and in need of a desperate trim, how SHINY it gets *swoon*! I don’t like fangirling but here I am, absolutely ENAMORED! Olaplex, please just hire me to be a creator using your products full time because I can’t AFFORD how spoiled my hair is becoming! =).
