Since I have been using this I have had an itchy face. Not all the time but on various occasions throughout the day. I didn't have this before I started using the cream.

Severe Forehead Rash from Formula Change

I've been using this daily relief cream every day for 8 years, and up until now it has been by far the best cream for redness on the market - it WAS an absolute saviour. But, the formula has recently changed, and the ingredient list has not been updated on the website. Despite not changing my routine for nearly a decade (Redness Solutions Cleanser followed by Redness Solutions Daily Relief Cream), I've recently developed a pretty severe rash on my forehead and very dry patches on other parts of my upper face. Painful, itchy and bumpy. This new ingredient list now includes BHT, which is a restricted chemical substance in the UK, and while I can't be 100% sure it's the cause, it's the most likely reason for this sudden turn in problem skin. No previous formulas EVER included this chemical (which is used as a preservative). I don't know why you would put this in a product designed for people with sensitive, rosacea prone skin. After 8 years, I can no longer recommend this product. Be very cautious before applying to your face and do a patch test first for at least 24 hours before trialling it. It might just save you hundreds of £'s on dermatologist appointments and prescription creams, not to mention the stress. I still haven't recovered and it has been awful, to put it lightly. Please Clinique, revert back to the previous formula. Why change something that worked so well?

Soothing moisturiser

I cannot live without out this moisturiser. Makes my skin smooth, though my skin is not due to menopause and rosacea. When I wake up in the morning, after applying the moisturiser before bed my skin is so smooth and the rosacea looks calm. Brilliant. It's very thick consistency which I was a little sceptical about but the difference it makes is it's fabulous.

Amazing!

I've had rosacea for a few years and have tried so many different products. This works really well at moisturising my skin without causing a reaction. I just wish they sold this in a bigger size.

Makes my skin look beautiful

Absolutely best moisturiser ever and I can tell you I've bought them all. Please never stop making this product and please never change the product with other ingredients as it's ?? fantastic ?? Thank you Clinique even my son is using it. ?????

Fantastic

I have used this moisturiser for years now, it's gentle and is fantastic. My rosacea used to make me red, lumpy and bumpy now it's smooth and very little redness I wouldn't buy anything else . Thank you Clinique

Disappointed with this

I have rosacea and have read so many good reviews about this product that I bought it. I have used it for a couple of weeks now (I'm not using any medical treatment at the moment) In actual fact it has made my skin more irritated and itchy. I wish I hadn't bought it , I would have liked a refund so I could buy my usual 'Smart SPF15 custom moisturiser' Which my skin is used to and although it doesn't make my roasacea better, it doesn't make it worse either. I feel I have unwisely been swayed by the reviews, I don't have a lot of money to waste , but I made the wrong choice this time.

Really didn’t help with my redness also went through the whole thing in barley 2 months. The product is thick but I felt like I had to use so much to actually cover all my skin. For the price it’s definitely not worth it.

Really works

Clinique redness solution is a great product. It is gentle on my very sensitive skin. I enjoy using it and believe it helps with my extreme redness. I notice a difference when I use it regularly.

Beautiful calm clear skin

A little pot of magic. This has cleared my redness completely. If even the slightest bit of redness start, I apply a tiny bit on my cheeks and it is immediately calmed. I love these products and hope Clinique never change or discontinue. These are the only Redness roseacea products that actually work and are also a delight to use. Also works well under makeup, provides a lovely calming, smooth base on which to apply your foundation.

Sorted the Roseacea

I'm male, 60, and was face-mapped by a Clinique in-store clinician who advised I had roseacea when I'd gone down with a hideous acneic breakout on my forehead and cheeks. Oddly enough not in my shaving zone. After 2 weeks of using the cleanser and relief cream it lessened massively. If I try to stray away from using them, the roseacea returns. If I reuse the products, it goes again! Amazing products. Not likely to ever be without them.

Wish it Worked for Me

I wanted to love this, but I had no luck. It did nothing for me other than irritate my skin and cause flaking. It felt soothing going on, but afterward caused my redness to flare up.
