I was gifted this product by Valentino Beauty in exchange for an honest review! I tested the shade “Rose in the Woods” and I’m SO ready to try all the other shades! I was scared this was going to leave a matte finish as someone who LOVES shine and this was such a pleasant surprise! This pigment is so good for a lip balm and lasts longer than expected. I washed my face and my lips were still so pink I had to rub my lips with my face soap to get it off!! It’s honestly the perfect amount of shine; not too visible, but not matte either. Definitely will be purchasing the other shades!

This Valentino lip balm is everything. The shade Rose In The Woods is the perfect cool-toned rosewood that gives just enough color to enhance your natural lips without being too much. It glides on like butter and instantly makes my lips feel hydrated, soft, and smooth. The subtle shimmer adds a touch of glam, and the packaging is as luxurious as you’d expect from Valentino—total eye candy in my purse! It’s definitely a splurge, but worth every penny if you love a tinted balm that feels and looks high-end.

The rose color is perfect for an everyday look or even a night out. I loved the shine and it wasn't sticky at all. This lip balm has the feel of a lip balm but the look of a lipgloss. Its light and feels amazing on my lips! Highly recommend. :)
