Dislike the Sweet Scent

The Valentino Donna Born in Roma perfume arrives in a beautifully created glass bottle, with black and pink translucent shading. It is heavy and feels like it’s very well made. The spray nozzle works like it should and each spray delivers a lot of product at one time. I unfortunately, I just really dislike the sweet scent of the perfume. I wanted to love this so bad, but it gives me a headache. This perfume has a very warm, sweet vanilla mixed with lavender scent. I’m about to be in my 30’s and appreciate more mature scents; I connect sweet smelling perfumes with being young and immature. This perfume kept me smelling sweet all day too, so if you appreciate sweet smelling scents, this would be a great perfume for you.

Amazing scent!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This perfume is not only in the most beautiful bottle but it smells great. It has a medium scent with light flower scents. It stayed on me for a few hours. I can use this for any occasion. I also will remember what it looks like taking it out of the box because of the details on the bottle.

this is such a luxe scent and i love wearing it on a day to day. i dont normally like vanilla on its own as a scent but this paired with the jasmine is absolutely amazing

As my fiance put it, it smells expensive, and is what I would consider a special occasion scent! Perfect for spring time! The atomizer is also very nice, providing an even spray!

I get so many compliments of this scent. The packaging is so pretty; and I love the spike bottle! The size is a great value as well.

Fresh yet a tinyyyy bit heavy

I’m not sure why I have avoided the perfume so much when in reality smells heavenly. This perfume has a strong sillage, and it does not give me a headache. On the contrary, I love that I am able to smell it on myself even hours after I have applied it, especially in winter. Definitely feels more relaxed than the intense version. The packaging definitely has character and the scent is suitable for every occasion. I would definitely love to have a full-size bottle!
