A superb scent that lasts a very long time

What a long lasting scent this one is! Strong too on a single spray. I was getting compliments all night. This certainly isn't an everyday wear. However for that special occasion or to impress I don't think you could beat this. Nice bottle yet extremely simple.

This is my first encounter with a Loewe fragrance, and I was quite unfamiliar with the brand’s perfume range before testing this one. I must say, the presentation alone makes an impression. The bottle follows the same design philosophy - sleek, elegant, and masculine, like a true gentleman’s accessory. Now, on to the scent itself… Loewe 7 Elixir is definitely not a mainstream crowd-pleaser, and that’s exactly what makes it so special. The opening feels like a rich blend of warm honey and aromatic spices - sweet, warming, and delicious - quickly joined by the freshness of pine needles, that resinous green scent you get when you rub them between your fingers. I could also detect a subtle minty-sweet note, weaving through the background. The heart of the fragrance lingers for quite a while, carrying that same spicy-sweet, balsamic character. It has an old-school masculine elegance - bold but refined, the kind of scent that feels timeless. The dry-down doesn’t shift dramatically into something new. For my lifestyle, Loewe 7 Elixir isn’t something I’d wear every day, as it might feel too intense. However, for evenings out, special occasions, or moments when I want to make a statement, it’s a perfect choice.

Might not be for everyone but I’m a fan!

At first I wasn’t convinced but this slowly grew up on. The only way I can describe it is that it smells a bit like a more classic, woody aftershave that an older guy might use, but after a few weeks of using it I’m really enjoying it and have had a few compliments on it.

Long lasting.

Not really the right smell for me but has a nice strong scent that lasts all day from a few sprays, bottle design is eye catching. Good value for money. Overall nice design long lasting Elixir.

Had this fragrance a while and I am really impressed it has great performance lasting around 8-10 hours with amazing notes. Would really recommend as a masculine fragrance for the evening or special occasions smells really unique

Scent strength is excellent it lasts 8–10 hours with solid projection, needing just two sprays. Value for money is high, as it offers a luxurious, high-end feel at a designer price point. Versatility is limited; it shines best in cooler months and during evenings or special occasions. The packaging is sleek and modern, with a dark matte bottle that perfectly matches the scent’s mysterious character. What sets it apart is its unique use of incense and balsamic woods, rarely found in mainstream designer scents—making it a hidden gem for those who want something bold, elegant, and different.

Loewe 7 Elixir strikes a fine balance between spicy warmth and fresh brightness. While its amber and warm spicy accords dominate, there’s a subtle freshness that makes it surprisingly wearable on cooler summer evenings, though it may be a touch heavy for hotter days. Performance is good, just a couple of sprays easily last all day. It bears a clear resemblance to the original Loewe 7, but with an added depth and spiciness that gives it more character. Of course, scent is subjective, but to my nose, this stands out quite well. Oh, and the bottle is quite nice! The cap/lid appears to be made of wood, which is a nice touch.

High quality feel and presentation

After trying it for couple of times I love it, as it have deep, dark, mysterious scent which is confident, elegant and unique , maybe it’s not for everyday wear but more for special days, evenings and events. Its strong and lasts for long time , would prefer to use it more cooler days and avoid hot days as personally scent performs and opens better. I can call it luxurious fragrance. The design of the box and bottle is also minimal and artistic.
