A keeper in my hair routine

I didn't have high hopes for this product after trying so many masks that didn't help with frizz, but I was pleasantly surprised. It left my hair feeling so soft and the amount of frizz I usually have was greatly reduced. I found a winner!

Not recommended

I would give 2 stars but this probably would work better with the recommended shampoo and conditioner but it never gave hydrated and my hair still feels dry not even coated in the product.NIt recommended

Top Mask Ever!

This mask is definitely one that makes noticeable changes. I even used the mask in my hair overnight and my hair looked great the next day! No more breakage. Shiny, hydrated, soft. My hair actually looks healthy again! This, is part of the regimen that transformed my hair. I don’t even need to use a straightener anymore. I tried many products before this for my bleached, damaged and fragile hair. This is top of the list.

Unsure how I feel about this

My favorite Olaplex products is No.8, the intense moisture mask, so I was very excited to try their new masks. I have thick, Type 4 curls that are also fine to medium in texture. I'm sure I could use either mask, but I chose the rich one. I found that No.8 is better at softening and detangling. The rich mask did aid in detangling, but it took a little bit more work than when I use No. 8. It definitely coats your strands, with my hair feeling almost waxy without being waxy, as if I had applied a moisturizing cream. It seemed to absorb better and result in more clumped curls where my hair is thicker (coarser) in texture, so I'm wondering if the fine mask would work better for me all over. Although my hair feels coated, it's definitely rinsed clean, so I can see how this would last 5 washes (especially for someone that washes their hair multiple times a week), even though I used it once. I did notice less breakage while styling my hair in twists, so I'd love to see how this performs when I straighten my hair. I'd also like to try it while sitting under a hooded dryer to see if that makes a difference. I do like that I'll get more uses out of it compared to No.8, but I'll still keep No.8 in my routine and maybe save this one for when I'm doing high manipulation styles that may result in more breakage, or for when I know I'm not going to be washing my hair for a while and need to keep the moisture locked in. Overall, I give this 3 stars, as I'd like to test it out more to see it's true capabilities. 1st pic is after shampooing 2nd after rinsing out mask

A Truly Great rich hydrating hair mask!

If you been needing a product to fight frizz, to help with damage, to give you that shine & softness. This is that product! The Olaplex Rich moisturizer Hydration, Anti-Frizz Hair mask is an amazing hair product. It's for dry , medium or thick hair. And I've been loving it for my curly hair that's finally starting to thicken back up too. It makes is so soft. Is helps it from looking so dull. And dry. And gives my hair the hydration it truly needs. If you've been waiting to try this and get your hands on it. Do yourself that favor. And go ahead and get it. Because you gonna fall in love with it too. And it smells amazing also. I leave it set on my hair mainly my ends. After I shampoo and condition, but I still leave some of my regular conditioner in it too when I go and put this in it. And let it set for 4 to 5 mins. And then rinse it out. And then style it however you want. I received this product for promotional purposes.

Great for hydration and defrizzing

The Olaplex No.Rich Moisture Hydration and Anti-Frizz Hair Mask is an excellent product for dry or frizzy hair. It has a thick texture and the same scent as most Olaplex products (which I honestly don’t love, but it isn’t overpowering and doesn’t linger so it’s fine). I feel a little goes a long way on my hair and I like that it only needs to be left on for a few minutes to work. It makes my hair feel softer and less frizzy, and also a bit more hydrated. I am sure that with frequent use it will really make a difference to my dehydrated hair. I am giving it 4 stars only because I think I lose a lot of loose hair when I use this, but I think that happens to me whenever I use a hair mask because of the conditioning effects. This product was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review.

Weightless Hydration and Shine

This mask was incredible and is my new favorite item by Olaplex, but to be fair I say that about almost every new item I try from Olaplex, they make great products! Even with finer hair, this mask did not weigh down my hair and it was still as full bodied as it usually is after a blow out. I used the mask for 30 minutes after double shampooing and it left my hair feeling softer and definitely more shiny. The scent of this mask was different than all the other Olaplex products I have tried. The scent is more fresh and citrusy than the rest of their line and I enjoyed it much more than the traditional scent. I received this as a part of an educational promotion.

Also, the scent is pleasant—luxury without being overpowering. Overall, it’s become one of those cult-favorites in my routine: when my hair needs serious nourishment, this is what I reach for. If your hair is dry, thick, or just craving a moisture boost, I really recommend giving this a try—you might fall in love with it just like I did.

Good for long hair

I have always loved olaplex products. I like that this new product is a large tub and lasts months. The cream is soft and smells nice. It applies easily to my thick curly hair. I have no complaints so far

Very smoothing hair mask.

I’ve been trying out this Olaplex hair Mask on my medium type, medium length hair a few times now. The texture is super creamy but doesn’t feel heavy, and it just soaks right into my hair. It smells nice, but a very light scent. After rinsing this out, my hair feels softer, smoother, and way easier to manage. It gives me hydration without making my hair flat, and I’ve noticed less frizz and a nice shine after a couple of uses. Honestly, my hair feels healthier and stronger just like I got a fresh salon treatment right at home. This hair mask is definitely staying in my routine!
