doesn’t hold a candle to the farmacy’s cleansing balm, didn’t remove my makeup all that effectively. Has a nice scent but had this other lingering scent underneath that kind of smelled like oil that’s turned, makes me think maybe the preservative in it has held up very well

Too expensive for what it is

My bottle came loose and the product smelled like old vegetable oil. The texture was hard and didn’t melt into the skin. Even after warming it up on my hands it would have ripped out my lashes before melting down my mascara. There are much better alternatives at the drugstore properly. Also left a thick film over my eyes.

Too stripping for my skin. I liked the feel and scent though!

Trés gras, mauvaise odeur

Odeur d’huile ou de produit expiré très desagreable. Le produit est très gras, il faut se rincer plusieurs fois. Et ne demaquille pas bien surout le mascara. Je suis grave deçue vu le prix.

Très bien

Très bon produit. Démaquille très bien dans mon cas,je l’utilise en premiere étape de double nettoyage et c’est parfait. J’ai la peau très sensible/réactive et je n’ai aucune réaction avec ce produit, pas même la peau qui tiraille après l’avoir nettoyée.

Best makeup remover

I’m not sure why people hate this so much, it smells good, and it is kinda waxy at first but you let it smart melting in your hand then apply to your face and the makeup just melts off your face. . Literally

Une catastrophe

C’est le pire baume nettoyant que j’ai testé de ma vie (et croyez-moi j’en ai testé beaucoup!). Il est épais, se rince mal, et surtout mais son odeur est ignoble! Les goûts varient pour les odeurs, mais là franchement ce n’est pas une question de choix de fragrance, il sent le plastique chaud (pensez couvercle de poubelle en plein soleil), et en prime ça sent vraiment très fort. En ajoutant le fait qu’il pique les yeux et qu’il laisse les mains et la peau grasses (il faut re nettoyer après, et l’odeur reste), pour le prix en plus c’est vraiment une catastrophe. C’est la première fois que je laisse un avis sur un produit, mais si ça peut éviter ces déconvenues à quelqu’un d’autre… moi je vais le jeter

i have never disliked a cleansing balm until this one. it smells like cow manure and felt like i was rubbing wax on my face. i love this brand and ive been using their cleanser for years but this product is a no from me.

Garbage

Absolute garbage of a product. Don’t waste your money. It’s terrible — doesn’t emulsify or anything. It’s like spreading a super thick slime on your face then scrubbing to get your makeup off.

Decent

It does an alright job at removing sunscreen. However, it is not the best for removing makeup, especially eye makeup.

Needs to be pulled from shelves.. expired

Returning today after one single use have irritation inside of my eye, redness all over my eyes. The product smells expired. Needs to be pulled from shelves!

Don’t recommend. Not at all.

This is the worst cleansing balm I’ve used and I’ve tried a lot. First, it’s hard, basically like trying to wash your face with a candle. Second, it smells bad. Third, it does not emulsify well. And last, it’s expensive. You can do better at the drugstore.
