    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft, swoony and intoxicating Approximately 8 trillion years ago, I was sitting on the N train when a woman entered the car and sat next to me. I was totally intoxicated by her scent, so much so that I dared strike up a conversation with her, an NYC faux pas. I asked what perfume she was wearing and she simply told me Dior. It took me the past 8 trillion years to get off my butt and track down WHICH Dior fragrance she was wearing and it was this one. I bought it immediately and am still overtaken with it's soft, swoony aroma. I get compliments on it often, although I do wish the scent last longer, but thanks to the NYC dating scene, I am used to things not lasting long at all.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply stunning [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the original J'adore but I only wear it in the fall and winter as it is a little "heavy" for summertime. It is my favorite perfume out of all my collection. This is perfect for spring and summer. The perfumer at Dior is a genius with the original and now this. The orange essence, Neroli is amazing with this fragrance. It is light and feminine. The base, dry down is not like most fragrances that are warm with vanilla, sandalwood, or tonka bean - this has a lemon accord on the dry down that is surprisingly refreshing. Lumiere is a refreshing fragrance for spring and summer.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much sweeter than the original J'adore I really like this fragrance. I've had it for over a year, and I realized that I forgot to review it. This version of J'adore is so much sweeter and lighter - the perfect version to wear everyday (especially in hot and humid Florida). If you like Stella or Narciso Rodriguez, you will love this. On me, the Neroli note stands out -- but it blends into a vanilla-cupcake on me within an hour. People ask me if I'm wearing a cupcake or birthday cake scent, most days. They are always surprised when I say Dior. I'm still waiting for the travel size version to come out - meanwhile, I fill my own atomizer.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from on my must have list! So when this came out a few months ago I spritzed it in store and I knew I had to have it! I'm not a fan of the original J'adore so it was a pleasant surprise to love this so much. It is unexpectedly strong and long lasting for an Eau de toilette. It smells like orange blossoms, jasmine and gives me the feel of standing on a balcony on the Italian coast looking at the Mediterranean Sea. Mind you I've never done that before, so this perfume really is something special isn't it?! ;)

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love, love, love As someone who finds Miss Dior Blooming to be too fruity and forgettable, and J'adore too heavy for the coming warm weather months, I love the new J'adore Eau Lumiere. The blood orange essence is unique. The neroli, jasmine, and lemon keep the fragrance crisp and fresh. The only downside, as with all eau de toilettes, is the lasting power. On my skin, after an hour, the fragrance disappears. I don't mind terribly as it's a fragrance that I would enjoy reapplying... but for the expense, the lasting power should be better.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Plastic roller ball This is a great scent. However, the way the product is packaged is not practical. A metal roller ball would have been more elevated and practical. For the brand and price the plastic roller ball is cheap and a slap to the face for loyal consumers of the Dior product line. I have to apply the gel like fragrance with the top off, not what one would expect from such a product. I’m very disappointed. I would hold off from purchasing this or other roller ball scents from Dior until they replace the tops with better quality ones.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Light Scent! I'm very picky with my perfumes because most trigger intense Migraine headaches for me. But sometimes I can find that special "one" that not only smells great but also doesn't leave me rushing to wash it off at the end of day....this is one of those few perfumes! I'm not a huge fan of the original so it caught me by surprise to find this version smells so different. It's much lighter and more daytime appropriate in my opinion. I also like that it has good staying power. 2sprays before heading out the door last me all day! Good perfume! I love it!

This is light, refreshing, simple, complicated, delightful, etc. yes, it's all of those things. The fragrance seems to last a long time, as I put it on in the morning, I can still smell it before I go to bed. If you like a light fragrance that's not too heavy, give this one a try!
