Bring back coffee eye pencil

Please bring back coffee eye shadow.. EVERY eye shadow I have tried doesn't compare .. fed up with panda eyes

Double wear eye gel pencil

Really disappointed the original pencil has been discontinued. I started using this pencil when I was 15 yrs and my parents bought me a beautiful make up set for my birthday. Now 60yrs I find the gel pencil causes irritation in my eyes and so will need to look for an alternative. Please bring back the original or this will be the end of an era.

Love this eyeliner!

Finally an eyeliner that actually lasts! It is so easy to apply, smooth on the skin, doesn't drag like others I've used. And stays exactly how I put it on all day! I found it easy to sharpen, no issues. Will never use a different eye liner now I've found this one!

Will never use again sadly

I will never use this product again as unfortunately a small piece of the eyeliner became lodged in the top of my eyelid. This resulted in me not being able to open my eye properly and being in a lot of pain. I ended up having to visit a local minor injuries clinic where they had to wash my eye out which flushed out the small piece of eyeliner. I have used EstÈe Lauder eyeliner for many years without any problems. But the new gel formula is too soft and extremely difficult to remove. After my frightening experience today, I will never use the product again.

Best ever eye liner!

Creamy and soft - lovely to be able blend in for the smoky look. Can thicken to make eyes pop or apply lightly. The applicator really handy and easy to use. . I would highly recommend it. I didnt find it runny and I do not use a primer. Absolutely fab and am planning to buy a few other colours.

Not happy

Hi Team, I am a loyal customer and been using this eyepencil for more that 6 years. The quality has clearly gone down and have to keep sharpening the pencil with no luck. Please bring the old formula back, else will have no choice but to look for another brand. Hope you will look into this feedback. Thanks Anita

Disappointed long term customer

I have used this eyeliner for a long time buy the last 2 will not sharpen no matter what sharpener I use so in affect you use it once try to resharpen and waste most of the pencil .I'm really disappointed

Hard to work with that because it's too soft!

I bought this Double Wear 24H Waterproof Eye Pencil in Smoke colour, because I had this for years and I was satisfied. The colour is really lasting which is great, but it's extremely soft/tender like a butter, which makes it really hard to work with. And the price has gone up really high which isn't equal with the quality which this product gives.

Disappointed

I wish I'd read the reviews, this pencil won't sharpen it just mashes up in the sharpener, I didn't realise I would need to buy the EL recommended sharpener, however not all the reviews say they are always successful. Very disappointed I'll go back to the retractable eyeliner

Absolutely hopeless

I've loved Estee Lauder eye pencils and have used them for years but I'm afraid this is absolutely hopeless. I don't know if they've changed the formula but this is incredibly messy to use and imprecise, and impossible to sharpen. I've probably wasted half the pencil trying to sharpen it. Certainly won't buy again.

Eye pencil

I have used double wear eye pencil for a lot of years and loved it, I recently bought a new one and I really don't know what you have done but it is awful, I am now on the look out for a new eye pencil as I will never buy this again. Its a shame, but if its not broke don't fix it
