This toner does a great job of leaving my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. I also really enjoy the rosy scent of this toner. I use this toner after I cleanse my skin and then follow up with the moisturizer. I like that It absorbs quickly into my skin and leaves my skin with a glow.
