Fostering a safe community
We’re dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, welcoming spaces
for all, online and offline.
Brave Spaces
Every June in honor of Pride Month, we host “Brave Spaces” to foster expression, belonging and community for the LGBTQIA+ community. These inclusive spaces offer a haven for individuals to celebrate their authentic selves and unique beauty, with specially trained staff providing services like free Pride makeup and removal.
Hearts Not Hate
At Sephora, we believe beauty is for everyone, and hate is for no one.
We do not tolerate online harassment or negativity directed towards individuals. Our social platforms are intended to be spaces for self-expression, confidence, and the celebration of all forms of beauty, not places of violence.
This program extends Sephora's core ethos, values, and commitment to allyship. It aims to create welcoming spaces that embrace every identity and amplify underrepresented voices by addressing the challenges of digital hate with compassion, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.
Sephora x Born This Way Foundation
Sephora is celebrating Pride Month by donating (LOCAL CURRENCY)1 for every Haus Labs by Lady Gaga purchase to Born This Way Foundation's "Kindness in Community Fund." Together, we're supporting grassroots organisations dedicated to the well-being of LGBTQIA+ youth worldwide.
The partnership is simple and powerful: Sephora, Haus Labs, and Born This Way Foundation will collect nominations of organisations that are addressing immediate and long-term needs of the LGBTQIA+ community.
