Love it!!!!

Love love love it!!! I’m not sure I could go back to before I had one now. Never had so many compliments about my hair and everyone asking me if I’ve had it done professionally.

Everyone complains- it doesn't work!

I'm on so many forums to seek help on how to make curls last. There are thousands of people on these pages/forums all trying to figure out how to make curls/styling last more than 30 minutes. An appliance this expensive shouldn't require this much work....I can't believe I spent this much on something that does nothing. All people on these forums seem to be selling theirs. I completely regret buying mine. Even if I follow all instructions/tips, it doesn't work. Tips such as: have hair dry at 70%-80%, put mousse in, use cold shot after the heat, pin the curls then put hair spray......the whole thing falls out. RUBBISH

Expensive and difficult to use

Very difficult to use being a non hairdresser. It is very heavy and I have found that trying to use the curler is to difficult.

Wouldn’t buy again

Feel like it doesn’t hold a curl. Have tried using a blast of cold air after each section and using different styling setting sprays with no joy

amazing product! absolutely love it. Don’t need to use my straighteners anymore and on a hair journey to to repair from heat damage

Disappointed!

I’ve used this three times and it’s broken, the power button just keeps going off. So I’m having to get it replaced already and I’ve barely had it for two weeks. It’s not acceptable for something of this price and alleged quality.

Protecting my thinning hair

Expensive but high quality product. Takes time to get competent with the various tools but worth it. Hair is thinning and I know that this will help protect it for longer.

Dyson hairdryer/airwrap

Amazing hairdryer. I wasn't sure if I can justify the price but I am very pleased. It is super fast, my hair is looking much healthier and so shiny. I am using all the attachments , it just took few uses to find the best way to use them. It really changed my hair routine, I am styling my hair more as it is so easy! Curls are maybe not lasting for so long but I am improving on my technique and I can see better longlasting results.

Major surgery results
