Plantscription - Anti-aging Cleanser

Broke me out

I like the Origins brand so thought I would give this a try. I liked the fact that it was plant based and was a foamy cleanser. It was foamy but I felt like it didn’t rinse off very well, I used a wet washcloth and just kept rinsing with water flushes, but seemed to leave a film on my skin. The worst part was that I broke out. At first I thought it was because my skin needed to adjust to a new product, so I continued to use it for a couple of weeks. Then I discontinued using it for about three days, my skin cleared up, and I tried the product again just in case I was breaking out for a different reason (I didn’t want to blame the product if it was hormones or something I ate) but I broke out again once I started using it again. Maybe there is an ingredient in this product that my skin has a bad reaction to but I found this is not a good choice for me and my skin.

didnt like, not for my skin type

I'm not sure if it's me or my skin type but I really didn't like this cleanser. It removed makeup poorly and didn't do much to make my skin improve in appearance. I definitely like the zero oil and ginseng scrub more followed up by the plantscription face cream and a heavy moisturizer with good ingredients. it's creamy but needs updating.

After a few uses I definitely saw a difference. Cleared up some acne and visibly brightened my skin. Tip: if you have dry skin like me, don’t use for longer than 2 minutes and use hydrating products to follow up

Nice face cleanser

Love this face cleanser made my face feel nice and smooth only been using for a few weeks that’s why I gave 4 stars

Enjoying it so far!

I recently started a skincare routine, which included this item. I don’t know much about skincare products, but I’m on day 3 of the routine, and after using it (it’s my first step), it makes my skin look so smooth and clean! I really enjoy it so far!

Been using this cleanser for 15 years

I'm 54 and I've been using this cleanser for about 15 years. It's absolutely wonderful. My skin is beautiful and I love origins products. A little goes a long way and I have always returned to this product even when trying other samples.

I love the Origins Plantscription Anti-Aging Cleanser. This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased this cleanser and will continue to use it. I’ve never used a product that cleanses so thoroughly it actually makes my face squeak when I rinse it off because it is so CLEAN!

Don't buy if you have dry skin.

Smells good, and I like the way it lathers up. That's nice. But I have dry skin and this was horribly drying. It literally leaves my skin feeling like a desert, and I did give it a solid week to try it. It kind of leaves a film over your skin too, I just really dislike it. Two stars. 1 for smelling nice,2 for lathering nice. That's it.

This cleanser is amazing! I felt younger after my first use! I just started using Origins and I am so happy I made this purchase!

Good basic cleanser, lasts a long time

This is definitely worth the price. It lasts a surprisingly long time. Also, it didn't break out my sensitive, acne-prone skin. So it works well as a basic cleanser. I'm only giving four stars because it didn't really noticeably improve my skin. But I'm in my 20's with few signs of aging, so who knows, maybe it actually prevented some aging down the line.
